Cave aged Gruyere

This French style Gruyére is sweet but slightly salty, earthy and slightly grainy. Made with cow’s milk.

Bleu de Laqueuille

Robust blue cheese is produced in the mountainous Auvergne region of France. The palate is a bit salty and full bodied with a creamy texture. Made with cow’s milk.

Fermier Camembert Jouvance

Flavour is unique. Packed full of rich, vegetal flavors with notes of cauliflower and broccoli. Made with cow’s milk.
