How P'tite Ardoise Bistro was born:
Normandie is the little part of france where we originate. Our slate covered roof homes, reflect our memories and inspired us within the restaurant atmosphere . The idea of being an affordable place also came to mind, so when we put the two together, we had got P'tite Ardoise Bistro.

Truffle Festival 2012

P'tite Ardoise Bistro's Chef Owner was invited to take part in the 2012 Mundaring Truffle Festival in 2012. He participated in the Long Table Lunch event which included 4 French Chefs who presented each a dish with the inclusion of the Manjimup Truffles. Xavier Pique presented Truffle-inspired Terrine.
